IMPORTANT NOTICE FROM THE AUTHOR: The funds from the pre-orders of the book, as well as from the first month of regular orders (until 8 April 2018) will go to support my friend Anika McFarland on her healing journey from leukaemia described in the fundraiser campaign: https://www.gofundme.com/a-leukemia-story . Thank you for your generosity!
One of the best parts of working as a designer is I get the privilege to get involved with amazing inspiring people and bring their ideas into reality.
Such an example was my lovely friend Katya Georgieva and her project “Touch with Good”.
The project is dedicated to sharing stories of genuine acts of kindness we have experienced from other people, and thus inspiring for MORE kindness in the world and making it a better place.
Katya got inspired from the wisdom:
“When you do kindness, keep silent. When you receive kindness — tell everyone.”
With the New Year 2018, she started a viral challenge to share such stories of kindness for 20 days in a row. Soon enough she nominated me to take part.
And so I did.
In this book you will find the stories from my 20-day challenge, illustrated mainly with images from my personal archive. Inevitably, they are all connected to my personal and professional journey, revealing a glimpse behind the scenes of how it actually happened. I hope they inspire you to spread more good in the world.
All names mentioned here are real. I have skipped the ones shown in controversial light and those who wish to preserve privacy.
I now invite you to relax – let me pull up your chair, as this little book reveals before you the Touch with Good Challenge.

•Very touching stories. I’m discovering and uncovering many things about myself, too. Childhood is filled with emotional memories, isn’t it? Even when it happened all those years ago, they still carry weight today.
– John C. Gyorki, writer and storyteller
•Loved this and the memories you stirred up. I loved the care that was shown with each gesture. I like the challenge you are doing with spreading kindness. There can always be more kindness.
