He wrote two bestselling books on numbers. Now listen to this Asian/Italian pastor from Australia explain Gematria, then investigate more of his work.
What the heck is Gematria? It is the ancient Jewish method of discovering how God works through/with numbers. This podcast illuminates how brilliant is our God. Cioccolanti is no dummy either.
To help you decide if you want to listen to this radio interview, I’ll just quote Cioccolanti himself from the introduction to one of his books: “Our God invented numbers, repeats beautiful patterns, and likes to work in cycles. God is into patterns and prophecy. His Book is the premier book about numbers and the future. Many numbers recorded in the Bible are only beginning to make sense now. Many things recorded in the Bible are repeating themselves. Much of the public doesn’t even know about this numeric aspect of God’s word. Patterns are prophetic. History is prophecy. God is far from mythical. He’s mathematical. God counts!”
Indeed, God does count, grains of sand, the hairs on our heads, the stars in all the universes. It makes sense for us to pay attention to what He is saying through numbers, which He invented.

My motive for sharing this with my readers is I can’t keep all this excitement to myself. He is a non-denominational Gentile pastor, who’s so far ahead of his time he makes my toes tingle.

Of course, most of us care about finding our “lucky” number. That’s human, but it is also shallow and futile. Many think numerology foretells the future, but personal details become trivial when we begin to comprehend what we can learn through an awareness of numbers.
Some would tell us the Bible can’t be accurate because they assume it had to change due to copyists’ errors. But consider that every handwritten Torah scroll contains 79,847 words or 304, 805 Hebrew letters.
“Jewish scribes meticulously counted the total numbers of words and letters, they also counted the number of each individual letter of their alef-bet.”
The “Dead Sea Scrolls”, found from 1946 to 1956, have yielded evidence that “304,805 letters ensured the Bible was transmitted precisely to us.”
Knowledge and ignorance of numbers affect the future. We need to care which numbers are significant to each of us.
