Monday is a hard day only for those, who perceive it negatively.
Well starting from the good wishes and loads of positive vibes to you and if you are reading this from your office desk on Monday Morning in search of some super motivational piece of content, you came at right spot. And in curiosity of knowing the hidden meaning of the title of this article make sure you finish reading this.
Let’s get right into it to find out WHY:
#1- Workout before going to work
The only bad workout is the one you didn’t do.
I know it is excellent, impressive and perhaps the best feeling in the world to sleep for long hours especially after that lazy chilled out weekend. I mean who in this world wants to wake up from that cozy and comfortable blanket. But it is highly recommended that one should wake up every morning and involve themselves in some or the other physical and mental activities.
And Monday gives us that golden opportunity to work out our body and get into that rhythm in the very beginning of the hectic week ahead.
So pull your jogging shoes up and start your week’s workout to get things rolling before reaching to your desk in the office.
#2 — Do Your Work with Love and Passion
There is simply no substitute for hard work when it comes to achieving success.
As Steve Jobs said in his commencement speech :
Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven’t found it yet, keep looking. Don’t settle.
And that is as true as mother’s love for her children and family. So whether you are in some IT company, or in some government office, or doing freelancing from home, whatever it is you have to find something interesting in your work to keep yourself involved and motivated without getting frustrated or boring throughout the day.
And for this, we can remind ourselves to work with love and passion by repeating these lines in our mind day-in and day-out :
“If today were the last day of my life, would I want to do what I am about to do today?” And whenever the answer has been “No” for too many days in a row, I know I need to change something. — Steve Jobs
Use this Monday to find what you love and then without hesitating further DO WHAT YOU LOVE for the next 6 days of the week.
And that is the prime reason why I put so much weight on the importance of Monday. Its benefits are enormous that can reap and squeeze energy for the whole week to motivate an individual to perform efficiently whole week.
Thus I hope everyone should understand the fact that Monday is not just another day in the week but the beginning of the fresh energy and restarting of everything again and repeat it till the end of the week.
